How do I invite Revolver Roofing to bid?
Email the ITB and plan link to estimating@revolverroofing.com. Revolver is also active on BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, iSqFt, SmartBid and Pantera. Every invite is reviewed for scope, schedule and spec fit and answered with a bid or a courtesy decline.
Can Revolver substitute a McGuire TPO system on an open spec?
Yes. On generic or open-spec TPO, Revolver bases its bid on the McGuire FlexGuard system and issues the NDL directly. Where the owner locks a different manufacturer, Revolver bids that manufacturer and installs with its certified crews.
Does Revolver provide bonds?
Bonds are not included in base bids. Bonding needs should be stated in the ITB so they can be addressed up front.
What prequalification documents are available?
W-9, certificate of insurance, safety program and TRIR/EMR history, capability statement and manufacturer certification letters are provided on request at prequalification.
